We had gone for the 4th of July 2023 tour to South Africa. Our tour manager was the outstanding Mr. Niravbhai who was always smiling and extremely approachable. We truly enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the entire crew. The locations, hotels, food, commute and timing were impeccable. Our tour manager made sure that we don’t miss out on any experience. We had great bus drivers Mr. victor and Mr. Faisal who made sure we reached our destinations safely and in time. Our tour guide Ms. Roshni was extremely approachable and knowledgeable too. My father Mr. Sunil D. Shah & my mother Mrs. Sunanda S. Shah was a part of a group of around 40 people. They went to Urvi Luxury Destination Scandinavian Tour, which included 3 countries – Denmark, Sweden and Norway. It was a 15-day tour starting from the 5th of July 2023.
The food, accommodation, service by Mr. Nayan Soni & Mr. Nirav Mehta was absolutely superb. The food prepared by the Urvi Group’s cook was also excellent. They thoroughly enjoyed the company of their co- passengers from all over the world.

Urvi Luxury Destination South Africa tour in July 2023 was awesome. This exclusive tour was meticulously curated and arranged to provide the ultimate travel experience for our family and friends.
We have always planned and travel all over India and the world on our own, and this was our first experience of an organized conducted tour after 37 years and more than 100 trips.
Our journey began in Johannesburg after a hopping flight from Mumbai. Here we could explore part of the vibrant city and the Nelson Mandela Square in a day, before we set off to the south Africa exploration.
From next day, our set routine of 5-6/7/8, (which we all had to abide by for the next 2 weeks) started. South Africa is 3 1/2 hours behind India time, so it was also very convenient. Wake up at 5, enjoy and relish Indian saffron and masala chai in large mug, get ready at ease for the day with packed bags on most days or to explore or get thrills of local activities on other days. 7 am for yummy hot Indo-Western Breakfast after bag identifications (so the porters could load them). 8 am board the 60-seater bus (which became our second abode for travelling to various destinations). The bus also had facility for emergency washroom convenience, which was a comfort for kids and senior citizens.
During the trip we covered many wildlife parks, their natural habitat and had very close encounters with the wild animals, never ever experienced before this tour. When we booked the tour, we had no idea that we will have such a wonderful and memorable experience to share with our near and dear ones and relish it for life.
We started with a walk with the pair of Royal adult male Lions and watched and interacted with nearly extinct Cheetah from closed quarters at renowned Pilanesberg National Park. Later after quick picnic Lunch with hot Puris and Shrikhande, we proceeded to witness the incredible wildlife from distance in their natural habitat by jungle safari jeeps.
Next on our itinerary was the world-famous Sun City, a luxurious resort with stay at Palace hotel that offered endless entertainment and relaxation options. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed their time here, indulging in the various adventurous activities and enjoying the amenities available there.
Some of our group members enjoyed the early morning Hot Air Balloon. We then with the help of our tour guide Mr. Nirav and Mr. Ashish visited a private wildlife sanctuary to watch white Lions, white royal Bengal Tigers and white Snow Tigers at close distance and follow up with playing with six lion cubs and patting the young Cheetah in person by entering their enclosure.
Continuing our exploration, we then traveled to the picturesque town of Knysna and many of those interested in Sky diving and Bungee jumping could take the thrill of the action there.
We all also enjoyed visiting Cango Caves, feeding Ostrich, standing on the Strong Ostrich eggs, and OfCourse, the. Most we enjoyed was patting on the back and forehead of adult Cheetah couples. At Hermanus, on a speed boat were lucky to see Sea Lions in abundance and a pair of Giant Hump Blue Whales keeping company with our boat for long time.
The highlight of our journey was undoubtedly Cape Town, Seeing Penguins in their natural habitat, view from iconic Table Mountain and Helicopter ride for bird’s eye view of the city.
The Catamaran boat ride where all the young’s and we the young at heart could swing to the Bollywood and Hollywood numbers was a fitting goodby event for the group which all of us enjoyed like an extended family.

The food was delicious and utmost care was taken to meet the food pallet of various age group. Hardik Sheth the tour manager and Roshni Ben the tour guide managed it well despite climatic conditions not being good for few days.
Hardik Sheth, Deepu pajji, Chef Prakashbhai and his helpers served very good and delicious food and different varieties on all days. They even served very good jain food and helped me and my wife continue our fasting during the tour by serving us food before sunset.
We appreciate Hardik Sheth and Roshniben efforts to make this trip full of fun and memorable.
The 49 people group was so friendly, that we enjoyed like a family. There were people from all age group right from 20 years to 85 years. It was really a great fun. Coach and coach driver also very good. He drived very safely and made us reach all destinations in time.
From suggestion point of view, I would like Urvi Luxury Destination to reconsider flight options other than Ethiopian airline, being not so good. Any other airline direct/with one hop flight from Mumbai to Johannesburg would be great choice. Also, Radisson blue hotel in Cape Town not maintained properly for lifts and room heater, so give some better options.
Overall, very good and memorable experience and I recommend Urvi Luxury Destination for South Africa.

Really had an excellent trip with 34 of us from Rotary Club. We all had a great travel experience of Norway for 16 days. Very meticulously planned as per our requirement by Hardik Bhai and team. There were some unexpected problems & delays due to weather in the country during our visit, but Urvi Luxury Destination helped us and got us out of the problem in no time. We had our trip to Norway in August 2023 with Urvi Luxury Destination. Our experience was an outstanding one. Kudos to the management especially Nayan bhai. His management skills are extremely commendable. May it be food, managing the group, tour or giving information about the places there. He was fun and always easy to talk to.
We even celebrated one of our friend’s birthdays and the cake was also arranged by Urvi Luxury Destination, that too eggless.
During our 16 days there, they provided it us with 32 different cuisines. The chefs were just top notch. The food was provided always on time and the taste felt homely.
The services they provided felt very homely and I personally did not feel like leaving the country. It felt like heaven.
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on the Norway tour with Urvi Luxury Destination from 25th August 2023 to 10th September 2023, and I can’t praise their services enough.
From start to finish, the experience was seemless. The itenary was well-crafted, allowing us to soak in Norway’s natural beauty, culture and history. The food was a highlight of the Tour. I was promised of getting different cuisines every single day and they made sure they live upto it. We joined Urvi Luxury Destination for the first time to take experience for Iceland. For a foreign trip there are so many factors to be taken care. To name some: visa, reasonable air fare with good airline, good comfortable stay, travel safe in foreign land, sightseeing to most popular places of that country. The most important is food. We Indian tourist eat different flavors and cuisines and so that is difficult to get in countries like Iceland. That was made possible by Urvi Luxury Destination. Every single day of 10 days trip we were served hot / delicious different cuisines with breakfast / lunch and dinner with complete course including sweets both the time of the day. The food was served with open welcoming staff and the sightseeing was toured with patience and great care by Dhiren Ruparelia and Nirav Somaiya. via this esteemed tour and travel company called “URVI” Mr Neerav Somaiya was our Ascot, and he was very informative and very helpful. He was also very patient and had answers to every question of ours and gave enough time to spend at every place v visited ..We had the most remarkable family tour Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our Neerav bhai and his gulet crew (Rusha and Yosaef) truly cared about us, both the kids and adults, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For my child (aged 8) this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of their life – something he will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. This was our First Tour with URVI TOURS. We are absolutely amazed the way whole Tour program was organized with Wonderful systematic plannings right from Visa procedures, pre -tour get-together, issuing Travel Docs, snacks, takeaway snacks at Airport and Travel Essentials, taking up each Tour events with Guides as mentioned in Itinerary … till the final sending off with takeaway breakfast packets at Airport for Return Journey.
The small surprises like Hot Tea at appropriate moments during late chilled night excursions were unforgettable. Accompanying Chefs did excellent job of preparation of tasty and delicious food with lots of varieties. The places visited are wonderful…some are truly out of this world for us…especially Husky ride, Snowmobile ride and the ultimate NORTHERN LIGHTS.

We had an amazing experience in our arctic tour (Finland, Sweden and Norway). Our tour was from 19th Feb to 1st March 2024. Naranbhai was tour leader, and he was one of the best tour leaders one can wish for in any tour.
We mostly plan our holidays with tours and have taken the services 5-6 tours earlier, but our holiday experience with Urvi has been the best experience in all aspects. Right from itinerary, execution, food (a special mention about it, we had 11 days of trip, lunch and dinner and all the menu was different, at the same time delicious).

Now coming to our Arctic Tour, starting from the reception at Helsinki Airport, we have got superb services and have felt like family with Hardik Mehta, Nayan Soni and Dhiren Ruparelia. The ternary was superb and we got to see the Northern Lights on the last day thanks to the experience and confidence of Hardik Mehta.
Nayan and Dhiren were always helpful, energetic, hardworking and very quick in solving our queries. After 13 years we again planned to go with a tour n travels. After we met Hardik Mehta. The way they handled our Finland n arctic tour was simply superb n flawless Name it from checks in at hotels, airports, luggage n boarding passes ready for us, to the yummy food was just superb.
All cuisines they have catered n nothing was repeated even the mukhwas n pickles were never repeated. The management of our tour leader Nayan was excellent n does not forget Dhiren who was handling the kitchen was too good. Nayan has helped us for our luggage that we didn’t have to pick it up, was delivered right upto the reception. We recently travel to the artic with Urvi Travel and had Nayan Soni as our tour guide. He provided the best service to everyone on the tour. He was very knowledgeable and was always willing to answer our many questions.
We did many excursions throughout our time on this trip, such as: Sledding with Huskys, Ice breaking cruise, and deep-water plunging. We also stayed in a igloo hotel that gave us spectacular views of the northern lights. We just completed our New Zealand trip with Urvi tours, and it was awesome. Specially tour manager Parag Gandhi did wonderful job and treated like family members. He personally takes care of each one of us. Food made by chefs was awesome and different every day. Overall, we enjoyed a lot.
